1. Agreement

By accessing LocalLandscape.Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

LocalLandscape.Services is a marketplace platform connecting homeowners with independent landscaping businesses. We facilitate introductions and communication; we do not perform landscaping services ourselves.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Independent Contractors

Landscaping businesses listed on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of LocalLandscape.Services. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services they provide. Hiring a landscaper is a direct contract between you and that business.

5. Payments

Subscription plans for landscaping businesses are billed monthly. Customer payments to landscapers (where supported) are processed via the landscaper's own payment provider; LocalLandscape.Services facilitates the transaction but is not the merchant of record.

6. Disputes

Disputes between homeowners and landscapers should be resolved between the parties. We may, at our discretion, assist in dispute resolution but are not legally required to do so.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
